Letting your children help out in the kitchen has always been a great way to bond with your kids.
As much as an adult might understand the value of eating vegetables, it is often difficult to get kids to eat them. They don’t recognize them as an important part of their diet, and they are often unconvinced by parents telling them they need to eat more vegetables because they are good for them.
Kids become what they see around them. It’s a parent’s job to protect their kids from activities and/or actions that may mislead them.
